These Terms of Service govern your use of Paw&Story and purchases made through pawandstory.shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, customization, and delivery information and to keep account credentials secure.
Products, prices, and orders
Product colors and scale can vary slightly between screens and physical items. Handmade and personalized products can have minor natural variations. Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the storefront; the store's base currency is USD. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown separately when applicable.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not require us to accept an order that is fraudulent, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Personalization and customer submissions
You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo, name, instruction, and other material you submit. You must not submit illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
You give Paw&Story and the production partners needed to fulfill your order a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials only to create, review, support, and deliver the requested product. We will not use a private customization photo in advertising or public product examples without separate permission.
You are responsible for checking spelling, requested details, and any preview we provide. After production begins or a preview is approved, changes and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Processing, production, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Store content and acceptable use
The Paw&Story name, site design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not copy, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its content except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
Shopify and other service providers support hosting, payments, analytics, production, fulfillment, and delivery. Their services can be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites that are not controlled by Paw&Story.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Paw&Story is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Paw&Story's registered business location in the People's Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith so we can attempt to resolve them.
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
